Midnight Jour Nuit Phase de Lune - Van Cleef and Arpels

Poetic and precise Van Cleef and Arpels’ timepieces never fail to amaze. In this year’s edition of Watches and Wonders, the maison is expanding its Jour Nuit collection, originally launched in 2008 by introducing a new creation in honour of one of its source of inspiration: the moon. The new timepiece features two overlapping complications housed within the case. The first animates the eponymous Jour/Nuit display, while the second “astronomical” complication illustrates the current Moon phase, a feature that entered the watchmaking history of Van Cleef & Arpels in 1929. The Midnight Jour Nuit Phase de Lune doesn’t just tell the time; it also makes the wearer dream. At first glance, we can see a dark, star-strewn dial, a sun that drifts, a moon that lingers but the more you look at it, you realise it’s less about reading the time but about observing a ritual.

Reverso One ‘Hibiscus Rosa JaegerLeCoultre

Reverso One ‘Hibiscus Rosa’ - Jaeger-LeCoultre

The new La Vallée des Merveilles series of limited-edition capsule collections is a reverie invite where the maison turns the Reverso into a canvas celebrating myriad aspects of nature’s boundless beauty and diversity, from the world’s last pristine places to the artistry of the most beautiful gardens. The Reverso One ‘Hibiscus Rosa’ turns Hawaii into high jewellery, with Grand Feu champlevé enamel, 24-carat gold-leaf paillonné enamel and a vivid Akialoa-and-hibiscus motif that takes 130 hours of Métiers Rares craftsmanship. Its brilliance is amplified by 489 snow-set diamonds on the case plus 384 on the pink gold bracelet marrying artistic delicacy with extraordinary technical mastery.

Oyster Perpetual 28 Rolex

Oyster Perpetual 28 - Rolex

At Watches and Wonders 2026, Rolex introduces the Oyster Perpetual 28 with a solid 18-carat yellow gold for the first time. The satin-finished case and bracelet lend the piece a softened marking a subtle evolution in how Rolex treats precious metal within its most essential line. The dial is where the shift becomes unmistakable. A new green stone shade lacquer base, punctuated by heliotrope markers at 3, 6 and 9, introduces texture and depth. Beneath, the calibre 2232 remains true to Rolex DNA.

Big Pilots Watch Perpetual Calendar Ceralume® IWC Schaffhausen

Big Pilot’s Watch Perpetual Calendar Ceralume® - IWC Schaffhausen

Fully luminous and limited to 250 pieces, the Big Pilot’s Watch Perpetual Calendar Ceralume® marks IWC Schaffhausen's debut of Ceralume® technology in its Pilot’s watches collection. To intensify the glow effect from the luminous ceramic case, the maison added a white dial, a white rubber strap and Super-LumiNova® pigments. These pigments act like a light storage battery, allowing the watch to glow in a vivid blue hue for more than 24 hours. The timepiece also features IWC’s renowned perpetual calendar, originally developed by Kurt Klaus in the 1980s, highlighting the brand’s technical legacy.

Tonda PF Chronographe Mystrieux Parmigiani Fleurier

Tonda PF Chronographe Mystérieux - Parmigiani Fleurier

The Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda PF Chronographe Mystérieux stands out for its serene presence. It is both mysterious and confident, featuring a hidden chronograph that appears across the dial. This watch focuses on high mechanical skill rather than displays. Since 2022, the Maison has expressed a distinctive signature through complications revealed on demand. With this third World Premiere in four years, Parmigiani Fleurier has made complexity feel natural and changed how people read and use one of watchmaking’s most traditional features. Its triple-clutch system, with one vertical and two horizontal clutches, makes it one of the most advanced chronographs available today.

Chronomaster Sport Zenith

Chronomaster Sport - Zenith

Sporty but make it sophisticated: this is what Zenith’s new Chronomaster Sport is all about. Limited to 50 pieces, the 41mm case combines stainless steel with rose gold bringing warmth without compromising its sporting allure. Standing at the intersection of legacy and forward momentum, the timepiece offers a versatile identity that suits all contexts, from daywear to a formal dinner companion. The dial’s mother-of-pearl introduces a play of light beneath the overlapping 3-6-9 counters that ground the watch in the original El Primero. Inside, the El Primero 3600 beats at 5 Hz, casually slicing time to 1/10th of a second.
