Epicurean gastronomes understand that the art of culinary dégustation is deeper than mere taste. To indulge in a cuisine is to explore the country it belongs to—to gastronomically sail across its oceans and journey throughout its lands through the vessel of its native flavours. Bringing the universe of Michelin star dining to the Mediterranean shores of Greece this summer, Sani Gourmet luxury resort will play host to international cuisines hailing from India to Peru, France to New York, and the Nordic lands.
Representing over 20 Michelin stars, the impressive roster of chefs at Sani Gourmet festival consists of culinary legends Yannick Alléno, Gaggan Anand, Virgilio Martínez, Daniel Boulud, and Emma Bengtsson—each dreaming up exclusive tasting menus encapsulating their native culinary ethos, from Paris, Lima, Bangkok, New York, and Stockholm. The gastronomic festival will take place throughout the summer, from July 11 to August 22, at the award-winning Elia restaurant on the shores of Halkidiki in Porto Sani.
Each dish is composed of the unique flavours of its respective cuisine, attaining the highest echelons of culinary excellence. The festival's allure lies specifically in the sustainable twist it puts on fine dining—achieved in collaboration with local producers who have ensured that only the finest ingredients will be served on the table. With 27 restaurants, 13 bars, and a multi-award-winning commitment to cultural programming, Sani has firmly secured its place among the world’s top culinary resorts.
