Don’t just dress in your favourite brands. Check into their hotels too. Fashion has, after all, emerged as hospitality’s favourite co-conspirator in recent years — whether it’s pop-ups like Dolce & Gabbana’s takeover of Atlantis The Royal’s rooftop bar Cloud22, the Savoy x Gucci Royal Suite in London or Louis Vuitton’s first-ever hotel, slated to open its Parisian doors next year. Looking for a fashionable getaway of your own? We round up some of our favourites.

Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo

Modern Italian style with understated glamour is the hallmark of a Bvglari hotel, be it in Dubai, Bali, Rome or Shanghai. Their two-year-old, 98-key Tokyo address is a glittering, new jewel in their vault — sandwiched between the 40th and 45th floors of a skyscraper in the Yaesu district, the views are to die for. Live it up at the Serpenti suite, enjoy some downtime at the spa, and don’t forget a taste of la dolce vita at the Michelin-starred Il Ristorante - Niko Romito.

The Armani Hotel Dubai

It’s only fair to expect a fashion brand-led hotel in Dubai to be a stone’s throw from The Dubai Mall, and Armani’s flagship hotel in the city got the memo. Occupying 11 floors of the iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower, this Italian hotel is all about contemporary charm. Panoramic views of the glittering Downtown Dubai skyline from its 160 rooms don’t hurt either.

You may know what it’s like to walk a mile in Christian Louboutin’s shoes, but living in his home? Find out for yourself at this 13-bedroom IYKYK hidden gem tucked away in the tiny village of Melides in Portugal. The property carries Louboutin’s signature colour in its very name, Vermelho means red in Portuguese. And then are the locally commissioned red ceramic tiles. But what really makes this a design lover’s dream are the collaborations with Lusitanian architect Madalena Caiado, Italian sculptor Giuseppe Ducrot and Greek artist Konstantin Kakanias.

Close on the heels of the flamboyant success of its Dubai venue (as well as a 25-year-old Australian propery), the Italian luxury house decided to travel to Asia last year. Enter this 271-key, 12-flooried Baroque space creatively directed by Donatella Versace herself, and housed within the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau premises. Versace Home linen? Of course.
