In the latest episode of Khloé Kardashian's podcast, Khloé in Wonderland, Kris Jenner set the record straight on persistent rumours surrounding her recent facelift, directly addressing speculation that she was unhappy with the results.
At 69, Kris Jenner is proving that reinvention has no age limit. In her Vogue Arabia September cover story, the world’s most famous momager opens up about her facelift, her philosophy on ageing, and why she believes in being transparent with fans

Speaking candidly to her daughter, Khloé Kardashian, Jenner dismissed viral headlines suggesting she regretted the procedure or was in conflict with her surgeon, Dr. Steven Levine.
“The headline right now is that I hate my facelift and I'm really mad and I'm furious at my doctor, Steven Levine. Which couldn't be further from the truth. It's a flat out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him. One of the most talented, amazing men I've ever met. And somebody who really put his heart and soul into what he did for me and what he does for any other patient he has. He's the nicest man in the world with the biggest heart. And he's so smart and so meticulous. He's an artist.”
Jenner went on to explain that she had no intention of publicly discussing the procedure, emphasising that the conversation was largely driven by online speculation rather than her own disclosures.
She is one of the most powerful women in Hollywood, a global entertainment icon, the CEO of nine companies and a hands-on grandmother. But on the brink of turning 70 – and looking better than ever – Kris Jenner is just getting started...

“I never in a million years was going to talk about doing a facelift. I didn't bring this to anybody's attention. I didn't post a picture and say, 'oh my God, guys, look at my facelift. Don't I look great?' I was minding my own business. I flew to Paris, I went to Lauren Sanchez's wedding shower. Was having the time of my life. But then all of a sudden, the media starting posting all these pictures of me going, 'oh my gosh, look at her jawline, look at her neck, look at her this, look at her that.' And it became sort of this crazy, obsessive thing where every single person was posting about it. Talking about it. There were doctors that I've never met before in my life that were putting my face up on a screen with like a pointer going, 'and this is what she had done, and this is what she had done.'”
The candid remarks come amid growing scrutiny around celebrity cosmetic procedures, with social media accelerating both speculation and commentary. Jenner’s response highlights a broader issue within the beauty industry: the intense public dissection of women’s appearances, often without consent.
While the Kardashian-Jenner family has long been at the centre of conversations around beauty standards, Jenner’s comments mark a rare moment of direct rebuttal – firmly reclaiming her narrative while expressing unwavering support for her doctor.
